Pretty certain it's 10pm through the week, 8pm on Saturday and 4pm on Sunday, they changed their opening times last year.

How late...? Tesco closes at 10pm Mon-Fri, otherwise the closest place would be the Spar at the other end of Woodseats, which is open 24hrs.

Have to say I agree with this, my daughter's ex bf lived on there and there was always trouble with gangs hanging around, they harassed my daughter when she had to walk home from there at night

Welcome Radomu - Endcliffe is pretty central for everything, certainly close enough for any work you would get in the city centre (easy walking distance). With regards your meals...it's a bit of a personal preference about how many meals you have a day but you could make a big batch of chilli/casserole and freeze batches or soup, all of them really easy, try to use seasonal veg tho' will work out cheaper. Always have plenty of pasta/rice in stock, it's amazing what you can knock together with your left over veg... Oh and if you're sharing a dorm, I'm sure joining funds would help with the food bills
