Loved it! Loads to see, great atmosphere. Magic guys outside townhall were ace. Kids liked the mummy in a cage on the Moor. Well done to guy in the maggot bath raising money for Macmillan too, he put a right shift in! Better than fright night for us

We have just had our bathroom ripped out to bare brick and completely redone by Andy Rowland. It is fantastic, Andy and his colleague did a great job and showed great attention to detail. The job involved changing some of the plumbing round and it was all done without drama. We are really pleased with the result, would definitely recommend Andy. We got his number from using this forum, he is on here

It's great! The cheese selection is brill. Bradfield ales too. Have also been eating the sweet chilli jam with virtually every sandwich this week.

Where in Sheffield are we lacking a good coffee shop/cafe?
Hinch replied to re-crafts's topic in Sheffield News & Discussions
the premises next to Chris Beech butchers in Walkley? our Gerts on Walkley is good but cant fit many in - if we go as a group of 2 or 3 couples with kids we can never get in. -

Golf - Tinsley or Tapton Park - Which is the better course?
Hinch replied to adambaz's topic in Sheffield News & Discussions
Tinsley in my opinion. Both are good value. Not played Tapton for ages but if I recall some hilly and very short holes. -
Yama Sushi - brilliant new Japanese noodle bar
Hinch replied to Espanyol's topic in Going out in Sheffield
We went on saturday lunch. It was excellent! Had the Ramen and sushi lunch set and wife had Chicken Donburi. It was great! Lived in Japan for 2 years and adore Japanese food. Will definitely be going back to this place for my fix. -

The Harley on Glossop Rd has a couple of rooms, fairly cheap I think.

Went here this week. Impressed with the food (tokyou ramen) and service. However it was very quiet (Weds lunchtime). Think it will struggle because of location. Cheaper than wagamamas but lacks atmosphere. Hope it does well.
