Is there any nice villages within around half hour drive to fulwood that u wud recommend

Thanks very much for all your help, Im sure all areas have their good and bad points like anywere. Im going to work in the Fulwood area in Thornbury hospital and we need to rent out a house first to see how things go. Big move for us from Northern Ireland and just trying to get it right.

We are thinking on moving to sheffield from Northern Ireland because of work, in Thornbury, wondering about Oughtibridge or what other villages within half hour or so commute would you recommend for family and primary school which are friendly :)Thankyou
