Wadsley Park Village is a great place to live. Been here for ten years now, would not want to move off the estate. Has a country feel but is close to civilisation. -

Medowhall Prints & Canvas Stall Outside HMV

Can anybody help! I went to buy my wife a Birthday present from the stall which sells prints from films at Meadowhall but it's no longer there! It used to be outside HMV. Does anybody know: If they have started trading elsewhere? What it was called or have any contact details? I called the Meadowhall Care Line but they were unable to help. Cheers Jimny

Does anybody know where the Wadsley Park Village Signs have gone from the bottom of the estate? Their removal will no doubt cause confusion for people looking for the estate.

I believe the The Wadsley Bridge station sign is on the wall of the John Fairest funeral home. Nice to see it preserved. On a walk in Beeley woods a couple of years a go I noticed all sorts of rubbish on the tracks, including a motor bike! Makes me wonder how regular the 'steel trains' to stocksbridge are? They must need a look out in front of the train!
