  1. Hello just wondering if any of your classes would be suitable for teenage girls? My niece and step daughter are 14 and 15 and would like to try a few classes if possible. If you could let me knows times and days That would be great. Thanks
  2. I have 2 boys at 6 and 4 and I have always organised a party for everyone of their birthdays, we've had magicians, entertainers, bouncy castles/slides and they loved every part of it! I don't care if they remember it, I will. Its got nothing at all to do with showing off its a fun day for your child, you, friends and family. If you don't want a party there is some great places for days out, sundown adventure land is great for little ones!
  3. Wow 2 or 3 gardens on the whole estate?? I suggest you come and have another look, I live on the Wybourn and you are way off, of course there are some people that don't look after their gardens but your totally wrong! This estate is a mixture of council housing and bought houses.... Some people have chosen to buy and live here.
  4. Whether it was a drink driver or not they failed to stop and haven't reported it since and probably never will. Its a joke we had a simaliar experience about 4 weeks ago only the company(a well known company that uses this forum may I add) that smashed into our car was seen and told the witness that saw the colision he was just pulling up and just drove straight off... We called the company (as the name was printed on the side of the van) and the man said I'll come and see you now, and he came and told us that he wasn't in any doubt that his van did this but he wasn't sure which of his employees were driving. However he suddenly changed his mind and said it wasn't them that did it so we obviously got the police involved and are waiting to see what happens. We've had to pay for the damage ourselves as insurance is expensive enough without putting a claim in. I hope they do catch the driver your looking for but judging by experince idiots like that don't
  5. Fair enough, I may be getting a little defensive and may also be feeling a little guilty (still 7yrs on!) but can honestly say it was the right and fair thing to do at the time, we wasn't sure how things would pan out and wanted to get our dog a happy and consistant home.
  6. I love my dogs to bits but they have no chance of getting in my bed, I said in a earlier post I only just let my other half in the bed lol
  7. Not as in she doesn't love or you don't do it??
  8. No no.. I thought everyone had corned beef ash or stew with pancakes??? Topped with relish and chop brown sauce.
  9. QUOTE=shane39;8884724]Think my boss got fed-up off me phoning in to tell him i'm running late coz am still making the bed. Thats good that!! I'm sat chuckling to myself :hihi:
  10. It must be a man thing!! We have a mattress, bottom sheet, duvet then 2 pillows that go under the duvet and 2 that go on top, then 2 retagular cusions to sit on top of the pillows, 2 square ones that match the runner then 2 smaller ones that sit in front of them- none of these are for use just for decoration purposes!! Oh then a runner acoss the bottom of the bed. He is not allowed under and circumstanes to try and make the bed he should be gratfull I let us sleep in it it looks that nice:hihi:
  11. You sound just like my other half... He goes mad everynight as he says it takes 20mins to get in bed after he's taken the scatter cusions, runner off and actually got in bed!! My answer is always I like it to look nice!!! As for changing its everyweek.
  12. Like I say it great that some people can manage under bad circumstances but the fact is not everybody can, its not always as clear cut. Your post comes across quite judgemental. I was rushed in hospital without any notice there was never enough time to arrange kennals!
  13. Its great that you had people to help you out but not everybody does, when I was first taken into hospital it was for about 3weeks, I went to term and was in and out sometimes for a couple of nights sometimes for a week, it was just not viable for us to keep a dog at that time. It was an awful decision but couldn't be helped.
  14. Please don't get me wrong, what your saying about people who get pregnant and without a second thought want to get rid of their dog is spot on but I was just trying to explain its not always as clear cut as it may appear.
  15. When I was 23weeks pregnant me and my unborn baby became really poorly, and was in and out of hospital on a weekly basis. My partner had to go to work as we needed the money! We had to make a hard decision about what we were going to do as we had a 9month dog, when we got our dog we had every intention of this being our long term family pet, however it wasn't fair on our dog to keep him as we just couldn't look after him and rehomed him. Believe me this was not an easy decision, but I was pregnant and ILL. Your point is too broad as it is not always as straight foward as you make out.
