Hi Jackey, Yes I remember Richards on Moore Street as though it was only yesterday, everytime I go on the moor and pass Wicks DIY store I always think of Richards when it was standing there. I worked at Richards for 10 years with the fitters - near to the tool room. Still remember most of the names of all the boss's that worked there ( Gordon Stanley, Muller etc ). When they started making people redundant back in the eighties unfortunately I was one of them. Which part of the company did you work in - might have known you, I knew most of the people in the press shop, on the first floor and in the warehouse ? Regards John

Mature Guy into Rock and Retro style music seeks a guitar mate. Rock Music Influences: AC/DC, DEEP PURPLE, STATUS QUO, CREAM Retro Music Influences: THE ROLLING STONES, THE SHADOWS. I am self taught and a none music reader......not looking to join or form a band, not seeking professionals but just a mate who I can meet up with from time to time for a jam session playing in the styles of those quoted above and maybe work out some of our own stuff. In particular, it would be good to recieve replies from someone who likes THE SHADOWS instrumentals and can play them - this is not imperative - but would be a bonus. Please dont be put off by the term I've used to describe myself ' Mature ' as I am reasonable young looking and most definately have a young outlook on all things - afterall age is just a number ! If you think you fit the bill then I welcome your responce.
