The Dog Exhibit Controversy It is reported in blogs, Internet forums and YouTube uploads that in 2007 Guillermo Vargas allegedly took a stray dog called Natividad from the streets of Managua, Nicaragua, and tied it to a short leash as an exhibit in an art gallery. It was initially reported that the dog was left to die with food just beyond its leashes length as patrons passed by in the gallery. Many images have appeared on the Internet showing a thin, emaciated dog tied to a line in a room full of standing people claiming to be photos of the dog. There are no indications in the photos of where or when or who took them.[2][3] He refuses to say whether the dog survived the show but the director of the Códice Gallery is reported as saying that the animal was fed regularly and was only tied up for 3 hours on one day before it escaped.[4] The Humane Society's investigation revealed that, although public perception that the animal had died was part of the artwork's intended effect, the dog was in fact given food and water and allowed to escape back into the street at the conclusion of the exhibit [5]

i understand that i have gone over budget and i admit that, i have money inother accounts and have just paid off a £3k overdraft, so i can usual budget alol direct debits are removed from my account on pay day the first day of the month, so cheques (if id ever written one etc) would not bounce the issue is can they change my account details without informing me/asking my permission

yeas but there is a difference between the agreed limit and this new one they've put me on, at the end of the day i have exceeded it, but can they change major parameters of my account without informing me it seems like there trying to lure me into having another overdraft when ive just reduced it very significantly

as i sed above i was over my agreed level but not over this informal thing theyve done therefore it wouldn't reflect on balance thing of ATM

I have gone over because the bank seemingly has ignored my official overdraft amount and has put me onto this unofficial one without my knowledge and informing me

Apparently the charge is for use of ATMs while been overdrawn (as i did not know i was overdrawn) My limit is £100.00, yes I am now £300.00 over thanks to charges etc
