Sorry My grammar was bad in my first post! I didnt mean my mum said I couldnt as it was because of a car accident I was just stating how I had become blind my my left eye. I wear Glasses for reading, writing, watching tv, going on the laptop ect. I don't wear them for driving on the other hand. I do have to say though it does suck missing out on the 3D films, I watched about 7 before I finally realised I couldnt see them lol! (all my friends were like WOW and I was like I'm not sure if its what I'm seeing hahaha!) But thank you for all your help guys I was just wanting to register as a college said I should be and I was just a bit confused! She just mentioned I could maybe get extra help with moving out and support and things! x

Hi all! I just have a quick question for anyone who can answer this really! I'm 21 and I am fully blind in my left eye. I wear reading glasses for the vision in my right eye. However, my friend at work told me I should be registered partially sighted. However, I'm not. My mum said she tried when I was younger as I am blind as a result of a car accident and they wouldn't allow it. I was wondering if anyone know's if I should be or not? as I don't want to waste my time filling out endless forms for nothing! Thanks for your time! Rie x
