It's simple, don't have children until you can afford for one of the parents to stay at home until the child is of school age. Why have children if you want to palm them off on someone else. They are not just another possession along with the Car/holidays/PLASMA. It's pure selfishness IMO:rant:

So glad to hear you have had a good result at your end of town, but I wish we could get rid of the kids on bikes, some as young as 8years old and also lads a lot older on their souped up sewing machines, that are all noise and certainly not intended for what they are being used for. I live on a residential road in Wybourn (yes there are residential, nice roads, on Wybourn, no matter what people say:hihi:) and one of these days someone is going to be killed by one of these idiots. We have the odd visit by the community support officers but not at the times we need them eg, weekends and evenings and particulary Sunday mornings, for some reason, I thought most kids stayed in bed as long as they could when not at school, although that could be the reason I am sure none of these kids go to school. Rant over:rant: But well done the police to be seen to be tackling this problem, but dont just concentrate on green areas.

I am looking for a really good tattooist to do a portrait of my Mum (sadly now departed). It is in black and white, so may be easier, but I don't want to get it done and then it looks nothing like her. Does anyone know of a good tatooist who can do portraits. Thanks in anticipation.

Yes I definitely would, just cause they are under 16 does not mean they are not responsible for their own actions and potentially just as dangerous as someone older, after all a knife is a knife whoever's hands it is in.

It is not always the case that the police do nothing. My partner and I had problems with a group of youths for a year or so, then it died down but one of them continued (on his own brave lad!!). However, to cut a long story short he was arrested by the police and ended up in court and received a referral order and supervision order, not much but at least he knows we wont put up with it.

That is rather a sweeping statement, so all areas with council houses are crap. Define crap! If you mean decent down to earth people, most hardworking families, then yes they are crap. I live on Wybourn and would not live anywhere else. The only problem with "council estates" is the bad reputation they receive as a result of the behaviour of a "very" small minority.
