  1. I started working at Pryors in 1989 straight from school and I,m still there. I remember all of the names mentioned though most have retired. Yes "Ben" still works (turns up) at Pryors though the blonde curly hair is a thing of the past.
  2. The investigating officer contacted me earlier to say the driver had been arrested at 1.30 this afternoon. He was given a breathalyzer test and found not to be under the influence, but that was almost six hours after the incident. I'm no expert so couldn't say wether that would be enough time for any alcohol to leave his system.
  3. Pretty sure all involved escaped any serious injuries though I lay odds a few people will be aching tomorrow. I feel like I've had a ten pint headache all day and I wasn't hit anywhere near as hard as some were.
  4. As I said this Morning there were 10 vehicles involved, I know this for a fact as mine is one of them and is probably gonna end up being written off because of one mindless moron, but at least nobody was stretchered away. I took photos of all the vehicle's involved as evidence. The driver of the YODEL van has now been arrested at 1.30 this afternoon. Big insurance claim landing on someone's door mat.
  5. Just a quick update on the Penistone Road incident this Morning, the carnage was caused by a YODEL delivery van ploughing down the middle of the road on the approach to Hill foot bridge smashing vehicles (around 8-10) out of the way as he went. This happened at around 6.40 this morning the guy driving the YODEL van fled the scene across Hill foot bridge in the direction of Neepsend. The registration of the van is PE64 BFM, if anyone has any information regarding the manner of the driving of this vehicle prior to the collisions please contact the police on the 101 number.
  6. All pets at home branches stock it. I know there may not be one locally to you but they do offer a delivery service. I think it's free standard delivery on orders over around £30.00. I know from experience that the Royal Canin bags can be pretty heavy.
  7. Sorry, I,ve just noticed in an earlier thread that the one lost in the Highgreen area has recenttly been found and reunited with its owners. Are there any Ferret rescue organisations locally?
  8. Hi, is the ferret yellowish in colour? As there have been several posters put up in the Highgreen/Burncross/Charlton Brook area reporting one as being missing. Male I think.
