This is another problem. If the parents cant look after them because of drink or drugs, why havent social services taken the kids away and put them with a family that will bring them up properly before the kids get totally out of control.

Trouble today is that kids hate there parents and most want to get out of home. The only way they see is to have a kid at 13,14 or 15 so they can get there own place. Then you have kids trying to bring up kids and they cant do it so the kids end up taking control and the young parents dont see a problem with the trouble the kids cause because they are still young themself. I would find it a bit intimidating myself if i was say 20 odd and couldnt control a little kid.

It is a shame to still see a man or woman sleeping on a bench. We throw millions to other countries to help others but cant help our own. We support the wrong charities that give money to african kids and so on to stop them dieing from aids and other disease. If all these kids are gonna die then why are they having them. I think they should send them durex over or teach the men to pull out when required. Sort the diseases out then they can have as many kids as they want. Well, not all that many.
