I have quite a flat buttocks and even though my female companion seems to like molesting me, i wouldnt mind having a bit more muscle there, just so that i could flex it in the mirror and admire myslef, whilst pretending to be mr universe. I have come up with the theory that my lack of a glutimus maximus could be down to the way i walk because i dont use my buttocks muscles when i walk and i have noticed that women seem to clench theirs as they walk. Are you ladies doing this as a form of exercise or to try and look sexy? Anyroad, i'd like some advice in how to tone up my (lack of) glutes.

has anyone had a breast enlargement and where did you have it done? are you happy with the results? how much did you pay and what was your overall experience? I'm asking because my GF is thinking about having it done but she doesn't have a clue where to start. thanks

Ive found a part-time job but its only for a few hours a week and its on the other side of sheffield. Ive worked out what i'll be getting paid and how much it will cost to travel and half my wages will be going on petrol!!! is there any schemes or anything that will help to cover my travelling expenses because otherwise it just wont be worth it to do all the work because its a difficult job and i'll be making about 20 pound a week??

just try to eay quite healthy, chicken, fish, eggs, beans, veg, brown bread, coffee, fruit, dont eat alot of spicy food, only if im getting a takeaway curry every now and again.
