Cycle Lane From Stocksbridge/Deepcar To Hillsborough
Tobyjug replied to Operakid94's topic in Sheffield News & Discussions
That's fine when the weather is good, but wouldn't fancy using it in the winter when its dark / frozen etc. -
We tried it last night, delivery was quick, we both enjoyed our meals and thought it was excellent value for money!

Wednesday, who goes, who stays, who comes in.

If you read my post properly I said Rhodes shouldn't be paid, not Middlesborough! -

Rhodes should never be paid a penny by The Owls ever again. £10m and £40k a week and he can't do his job. I know what my employer would do if I performed like that!! -
My father was regularly having sex at 88, which was great for him as he lived at No.94

FF and Fletcher have both scored 6, Hooper 5. Hardly banging them in, in fact Owls are 2nd lowest scorers in top half of Championship! Winnall has scored 11!
-
Winnall has to go straight into the team, he's scored more goals this season (11) than our leading scorer, which is FF with 6. This is why CC has signed him, we need to score more goals. Might also be a kick up the behind for Hooper!

Probably nothing to do with this accident, but I have always wondered why the lights on the pelican crossing on the slip from Leppings Lane to Parkside Rd have a green arrow pointing left. This may mislead the driver to think that he has right of way, when in fact the lights from Catchbar Lane are also on green at the same time!

Carphone Warehouse on fire Wadsley Bridge. 3/12/2016

They must have had a Galaxy Note 7 in the stock room!! Hope everyone got out OK and there have not been any injuries. -
It depends upon your budget of course. There is some very good quality clothing out there, but it comes at a price. Agree that some roubaix style bib tights are a good investment for the bottom half. Top half you need something to keep the wind out, you can always build up warmth by wearing an extra thin layer when it is colder. Most heat is lost through the extremes of your body, so think about keeping your head hands and feet warm too.

Ryder Cup 2016 - Hazeltine - 30/9/16 to 2/10/16
Tobyjug replied to green_man's topic in General Sports Chat
SERIOUS ENQUIRIES ONLY - A friend of mine has two tickets for the Ryder Cup in Hazeltine. They are box seats and include airfares and Hotel accomodation. He didn't realise when he bought them that it was the same weekend as his wedding. If you are interested and want to go instead of him, its at St John's Church Worcester at 2.15 on Saturday. Her name is Susan and she will be the one wearing the white dress. -
Sheffield Shops That Are Now Extinct !!

Has anybody mentioned Suggs Sports shop, I used to spend ages in there looking at football kits and other sports equipment. -
Sheffield wednesday - how do you rate them
Tobyjug replied to Mac_Plas's topic in Sheffield Football
Rome wasn't built in a day,and neither will be The Owls. We have come a long way since last season, but we are still work in progress. Further developments will take place in the close season, regardless of which division we are in. We will know the answer to your question this time next year! -
I'm surprised that nobody has turned on the players, or their greedy agents. They are the ones taking the majority of cash, with weekly earnings that it would take the average man in the street 10 years to earn, and getting paid regardless of the quality of their work. So who are the fools, the players, or those of us who pay them, by buying tickets, merchandise or subscribing to watch football on the TV.
