I'd like to start and attend self defence/martial arts classes. Do you still do them? Also. I'm a complete beginner and a bit self conscious. The thing that puts me off these classes is I imagine they're full of big burly fellas all showing off. Are there any beginners classes for whimps like me?

Zara in Crookes is really good. I've not been to Balti King before but I was once sat in the pub across the road and watched the staff chase after a customer who must have not paid and once caught, they beat him up (so don't forget to take your voucher).
