Hi! I am Cassie and I'm currently deciding whether to move gyms. I am at Virgin gym Broadfield but have not been for 4 months due to illness. I am back on my feet and wanting a complete fitness boost from january 2013 (As I'm sure many people are). I'm looking for people to share diet tips, meal ideas, weight loss stories and possibly even some people to meet up with at the gym. I think it'll help people with motivation. I am aiming to volunteer at Animal Acres later in the year or early 2011. Animal Acres was founded by Lorri Houston, who is considered the "pioneer" of the farmed animal sanctuary movement.
