I am currently in the process of purchasing a property which is within 20 metres of a mineshaft. The mining interpretive report states that it is normal risk, however, when the report was sent to the prospective lender (west brom) for final approval, they then declined to provide a mortgage! Has anyone else had any similar experiences? I am about to approach nationwide and given that it is a bigger organisation I am hoping for a better outcome. Any advice appreciated. Thanks

To fair dodge of course! If the conductor can be bothered to sell me a ticket in the morning then i gladly buy a return! If not, i can't be bothered to buy a ticket home as this results in me having to wait for the following service 1/2 an hour later!

Yesterday when walking into town on lunch, I intended to use the steps leading from Pond St. to Fitzallen Square but when i saw 2 drunks/junkies sat blocking the way i decided to use a different route, so off i went under the bridge towards Dixon Lane/Castle Market, only to be confronted with a group of youths drinkin cider asking me or a fag!!! I felt quite nervous and intimidated to say the least. Why cant something be done around this area? and where are all the PCSO's??
