Hello everyone,
My husband and I just moved to Sheffield and enjoy going to Evensong when we can, wherever we have lived.
We thought it would be good to meet other people who also like choral music, evensong, or the cathedral in general and had the idea of a weekly evensong-and-a-pint group. Open to suggestions but we thought maybe on a Thursday, go to evensong and then have a pint in a local pub to be sociable. If anyone is interested in choral music, organs, or anything else and likes this idea, please reply and we'll decide on a date and a pub! Evensong is a lovely way to end a day at work and find a bit of peace, and why not combine it with friendly chat in the pub?!
