I spent $400 on facebook advertising and put 250 people into my newsletter. In 72 hours my add was shown 3,230,420 times! The conversion rate was pretty wack but with the cost per thousand impressions being so low it was a good deal. I'll definitely use it again and test it in greater detail :-) Now Yahoo advertising, that I love. I'm getting a twelve percent click through rate at an average of eight pence per click and my page converts at twenty-eight percent! Google is the boss for advertising, though I'm currently working on my quality score to get the best return on investment :-)

I'm not suggesting signing up as Mr John Lewis or Mrs Boots. I'm Suggesting, for instance, signing up as "your name" and adding people with similar interests. But never mind. I'm sure we're all on the same page ;-)

Don't listen to the hype :-D Just go for it :-D You gotta frame it like you're a friend, simple stuff :-) Just play it cool, don't overload your pages with links and you're gold :-D
