Hi Jeffrey. They didn't know I needed a mortgage at the outset. It was on a form on the initial pack I was sent if my mortgage was with HSBC, but it seems may be out of date as they've told me there are no additional fees involved. Maybe I read it wrong. Was a lot of form filling to do and information to gather! Appreciate the reply, thanks.

Hi all, Considering viewing a property in Catcliffe on Nickleby Court off Olivers Way. I know that Catcliffe flooded a few years back but that area looks safe. However, I'm concerned insurance companies will just go on the fact its Catcliffe when quoting. Anyone with any info who may live in that area of Catcliffe. Thanks, Lee
