  1. I've rang NPower today with prash to try and resolve this I eventually got through to a manager who agreed that his bill was excessively high (His bill is actually £980 for 3 months) They have told him that they are going to send a form out for him to fill in and get an engineer to come and visit the property to check on the meters and do some tests apparently. I have got to say though while dealing with npower with him they are one of the most arrogant and rude customer services i've ever encounted!
  2. In the o2 store upstairs we had a que until about 4ish. my poor backside is numb from being sat selling iphones that long! Our que as bad as apples due to o2 refuse to tale on new business until it can look after its excisting customers 1st which is a good policy i think
  3. AT LAST!!!! Ghozer can i get you to stand outside my shop and explain that to people!!!
  4. No, you have signed to pay the network and are now going back on that, where has the network broken their end of the agreement?
  5. You've cancelled the DD but i imagine you will have been paying the network and not carphone warehouse, you are now punishing the network for a problem which is not theirs. The dispute is between you, carphone warehouse and blackberry, why should the network be punished by not paying them?
  6. the network wont bar the phone if it was a contract one and a bill hasnt been paid, they only disconnect them if its been reported lost or stolen
  7. you mean the ones who got found not guilty after a very close friend of mine spent 10 months locked up and missed the birth of his twin daughters for something he didnt do?
  8. anything to do with iphones we will send you to apple as theyve got engineers who can assess it instore, we have to send it off for an engineer to look at and access whether its a warrenty repair or the cost of a rechargeable repair. Anything to do with physical damage better off with insurance though
  9. usually in your hand (p.s. its your fav nephew)
  10. It depends what network your on I think the code above is for tmobile

  14. see i don't know much about tracerts but the problem seems to start with hop2, would hop 2 be the router trying to connect to the black modem? or the modem trying to connect to the server?
