  2. Thank you very much for your comments, it really makes it all worth while. I would also like to thank the Sheffield Forum too as we have a lot of guests who are coming down to us after reading about us on here. We do not have a large budget for marketing, and we are a bit of the beaten track, so this site is an excellent way of getting the word out there. Thanks once again for you comments.

Italian Theme Night Saturday 23rd January 2010 3 courses £20 per person Starters Calamari Fritte Crispy calamari coated in egg whites and seasoned flour, deep fried and served with our marinara sauce Insalate Caprese Sliced beefsteak tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese; drizzled with Balsamic Vinaigrette Sausage & Peppers Italian Sausage, Roasted Peppers &: Caramelized Onions Homemade Creamy Chicken Potato Soup Fresh Herbs & Vegetables with Roasted Chicken Mains Homemade Italian Pot Roast Tender braised beef slowly cooked in a rich red wine sauce.   7. Thank you for all you feedback, good and bad. It can only help to make us better. Please feel free to phone Shaun the manager if you wish to comment on any poor experiences in the past. It's good to know that the Damhouse inspires a bit of passion from the people of Sheffield good and bad, and it's also good to see fellow caterers and bar owners adding there views to this thread. Let me take the opportunity to tell you of a VIP launch party this Friday 15th of January. We have a new menu launch for 3 courses for £10!!! , yes three courses of our new menu just for £10 so we can drum up some good publicity..... and let us know if you spot Gordon If you have not tried us, or have done in the past many years ago, why not come down Friday, for £10 you can not go wrong!
  8. ... Please call Shaun at the Dam House as we did not get any bad feed back last year and we will have any answers to any "bad things" you may of heard. We did have probably over 3000 people booked last year, so i apologise to any who may have had a bad time, It's always best to let us know so we can put it right.

  10. We use Derbyshire beef from a local butcher in Sheffield. Our Rib Eye is to die for!

  14. It's a great atmosphere down here in Crookes Valley Park. You can leave your car over night which we have found to be an added benefit in the city centre. We provide a buffet and disco with our famous balloon net, every year it performs differently!!!
