We need a goalkeeper to play with our 5 a side team on a thursday evening at 6.15 (set time each week) it is in the business league at goals. you dont need to be part of a business to play. the facilities are very good up there, standard is good also. we also have a sunday team and you would be welcome to play then also. i hav to agree here, writing things down is a very good way to get things out in the open. ive had some very hard times of late and i sought help from a life coach. some of the work i did with her was writing things down and people in your past or present who you have issues with. you write everything down that upset u or hurt u etc then all the good things about them. go back to it 48 hours later and see if there is anythin u missed. once again 24 hours later go back n so on til you have written all u can. once you are sure its all there burn the letter. its v important you burn it. it sounds mad but seriously it works. i have learnt alot of other skills and am continually readin up on depression and other things like jus to give me more insight into what makes us tick and how to deal with things. if you ever wanted a chat drop me a line. friends and more imprtantly friends that understand are so important to give you support though in the end only one person can truely get u out of it and its you! bloody hard doing it though. all the best x

i wud take it back t the place u had the battery fitted if they wont do anythin there is an auto electrics place that reset my dash on my audi tt at the bottom of woodseats road. charged me a tenner. hope tht helps

Hmm interesting subject, i drive alot and have quite a nice car which cost a fortune to repair as i find out every year when someone drives into it or keys it!! must be the unluckiest person with my car so its only a matter of time till a cyclist hits it too and liek you say wht happens with the insurance. Do i claim and lose my no claims and have t pay the excess or do i drag the cyclist to the police to get thier name etc and for them to apy for it. i dont know about them havign insurance but i think there shoud be someway of identifying them if they do hit u so u can inform the police and get them to pay fo rthe damage. i cycle too so its not just a drvers point of view. i would be more than happy to pay for any damage if i was silly enough to hit someone else.

if your feeling couragous i did this a few times when i was younger. get a thick bin liner and a spade. get a friend to hold open the bag, make sure they have quick reflexs. u take the spde flat to the ceiling and with one move slice it off the ceiling, the nest falls inot the bag u tie it up and as i think someone mentioned before sell it to a fisherman for a few quid.
