  5. Sheffield's annual charity board game day, 'Roll With It', is back!!! Dedicated to raising money for WellChild, the national charity for seriously sick children. This year we are hosting this event at The Hilton Sheffield at Victoria Quays on Sunday 6th November. Board Games are no longer limited to monopoly, scrabble and cluedo and are becoming ever more popular, offering a much more diverse form of entertainment and strategic thinking. Many of us have enjoyed computer games where we take on the role of Racing Drivers, Star Wars X-Wing Pilots, Soldiers and Footballers. Why not come along and test your skills, against your family and friends, in a different format? I encourage people of all ages to come and join in the many games we have available. Bring your friends and family or meet and make new friends on the day. We have many competitions with prizes to give away! Tickets are £5 for adults, £4 for Children and £16 for Family Tickets. These can be bought from your local gaming store, 'Patriot Games' Or online at http://www.patriotgames.ltd.uk Open 10am till 8pm http://www.facebook.com/boardgameday

You can come along and play many different games that we'll be running, enter our competitions, raffles and tombola. Tickets are £5 each and are available at the Patriot Games Website All money raised will be donated to WellChild, who provide support through nurses to families with seriously sick children. 9. I'm 29 so missed a lot of the 80s rock legends and growing up through the 90s resisted as my dad tried to impose his music tastes on me in the forms of The Eagles and Genesis, but eventually some of it started to rub off and now I'm gutted I didn't get to see these bands. I would give anything to go back and see Freddy Mercury on Stage. What a voice! Iv recently been loving Def Leppard's Pour Some Sugar On Me But my favourite of all is Iron Maiden as Bruce has possibly the most amazing voice ever!
  10. just finished reading Terry Pratchett's Sorcery! I loved it and think Rincewind is awesome. Although after talking to friends, not many people seem to be such great fans of the Wizard books...
  11. I'm really into comedies, but when they've tried to bring these back lately, they've not done too well. I'm thinking of the recent remake of Open All Hours... Although David Jason is a Legend, it just didn't seem to work. I would like to see The Big Break with John Virgo and Jim Davidson make a comeback though
  12. in my opinion the Lescar off Hunters Bar is awesome, a lovely place for a quiet drink and also has a comedy night every Thursday. Its next door to Riley's so if you fancy a game of pool/snooker, you don't have far to go either
  13. Iv found the customer service at Cineworld has always been top notch! If there has ever been a problem with the viewing they always offer something complementary. I'm also a charity rep and the management at Cineworld have kindly donated free Cinema Tickets to our raffles on multiple occasions over the years. this was an unfortunate circumstance but it sounds like cineworld tried to put it right as best they could
