Just wanted to call out Jeff the Joiner like so many others on this thread for his excellent work and quick turnaround installing skirting boards in my house. He did a great job and I can say Jeff is an all round great guy and pleasure to work with

Anyone recommend a gas safe engineer that can complete a landlord service and certificate? Property has a gas hob and boiler to test.
