I think you will find we would look it up by law the penalty for non payment of council tax is imprisonment and probably a fine. :rant::rant:

What else worries me is and is also one of my issues is if that building lies empty squatters migt move in. Again causing mess an making noise and once they move in you cannot get them out I feel for anybody who is homeless and sympathise as I think everybody should have a home, somewhere safe to sleep and the basic privilidges. The thing is same rules applies to the travellers you have to go down the proper channels to get this and like the squatters you cannot just move in to somebody else's property even if it is empty an the same rule applies to the travellers moving in on empty land that does not belong to them.

What annoys me about these people is one they don't pay council tax. Nobody seems to care that they don't pay for the land that they live on. They don't seem to care that they make a mess and leave the land they were on in a state or that those who pay tax have to pay for the travellers mess. I have to pay my council tax so why don't have to? I think if they want to travel around thats fine as its in their blood and its their history. They should however only be allowed to camp on legitimate sites where they pay land rent if the camp illegally on any other type of land the Police should be called and they should have the power to arrest them and fine them. After all if we did not pay our council tax we would be sent to prison so why does the same rule not apply when it comes to travellers?.

I have a beard thats frowned upon as a female in society today ha ha ha lol. Just kidding tee hee hee.

Oh ok thats a coincidence as I am actually a Journalism student is anybody else on this thread one?. That is why I was directing that comment at you as I thought you were genuinely talking to me. I was not having a go I thought you replied to my comment sorry about that. I see what you are saying about white people being able to be Muslims but what I am trying to say BoyFriday is that the two faiths are polar opposites aren't they? that is what I think Islam have their beliefs and C oF E which most people are have their beliefs. How can you when they are so far apart in what you and practise just suddenly go from being one to other that is what I find hard to comprehend you see?. I am just trying to get my point across as I struggle to understand this apologies I hope I have not offended you in any way as that was not my intention. Awww its ok Rebecca. I know what you mean I am the same I always had the view of wanting to be a Journalist I am thirty in 4 weeks and it had taken me this long to realise this actually what I want from being sixteen when I left School. Sometimes it can take you until you are older to actually realise what you want as I was the same as well I would pursue something and then think this is not for me. I can fully understand as a good income and a job I am good at is all I want as well. Nowadays you need a good income don't you?. Ha ha it's ok don't worry about it. I could do with some practical training I am rubbish at DIY type stuff lol. Yes don't worry I knew what you mean't in your post it was clear to read. :)

Rebecca I feel for you I really do. Reading this I feel your pain I was the same when I left my job in 2009 and could not find other employment. I was so fed up of having to deal with the scum at DWP and feel disheartened all the time that I did not get a reply and when I did it was sorry your not suitable. I also worked for myself but could not make ends meet and all the jobs were just not enough hours that when you were doing them you just thought whats the point? you would have been on more being on benefits. In September 2012 I went back to College I worked my arse off for two years and I got an M,M,M and this September I was offered a place at a University to study a degree in Journalism. Its three years but it will stand me good stead I am getting plenty of work experience in already where I can. I have only been on the course a month and I have secured myself a job writing for the Universities magazine and my first piece will be published in it at the beginning of next month. I also did some work whilst at College writing for local company through the recruitment agency at my College and just by emailing people I got a job writing a piece for a local magazine about the Town where I live. I am trying to gain as much work experience as they tell you its not enough these days to just have a degree I want as much on my CV as possible so an employer will want to give me a Job. Good luck I know you will find something soon, keep your chin up and don't give up. :) x

I agree with Russell Brand, what he says about politicians is spot on. I also can see why he is telling young people not to vote as what do politicians actually do the hardworking and law abiding tax payer anyway?. They never do what they say will do or what they set out to do. Politicians intentions are all well and good but there is no follow through is there?. RUSSELL BRAND FOR PRIME MINISTER HA HA HA HA.
