I am new to sport. I am 37. All my life I never had a desire. Now, thank God, I want to. I look forward to the gym. When I hold a free weight my hand shakes. I have no coordination whatsoever. I have found machines to work all of my muscles and I feel much more comfortable using these as opposed to free weights. Then I started EMS. The centre I go to recommends I do different positions and movements during the vibrations. I find them so difficult, again because of having no coordination. The trainer constantly tells me that this is something I have to work on. Friends tell me that it comes with time, and quite suddendly, that one day it will just come to me. I know this is my only weakness because the rest will come. I have the desire and motivation! Today my back hurts and I blame one of those silly moves I had to do with EMS. I want to ask. Will I still see results from EMS if I do no movements at all, the next time I say to the trainer Look, these movements and exercises are just not for me, at at least for now, maybe I want to try them later? Sometimes the app wants to, sometimes not. Is it a bug, or does anyone know a trick? Like sometimes when I click on add tracking number it offers the choice of inputting it manually or scanning, and other times it just provides the field to input manually. I do not think it has anything to do with battery power. I cannot think what.

I bought a Pantone mug as I was thinking to collect them again. When I lived in the UK I had almost every colour, but I remember them being a porcelain, thinner mug, much nicer to drink from. This one just feels like any old mug.

Thank you so much for your help here. I got a Canon PowerShot G9 X Mark II, affordable for now and good reports online. I must have the new iPhone every year, why I do not use that more often I do not know. I also bought a selfie stick and Pop Socket to make my phone more useable. Thank you. A GoPro is also something I might add to my collection in the future. Good idea. This set up is something I will be saving for.... and that message will be something I have to come back and read again. Very informative. Thank you.

OK so if you tell me I have to spend three thousand pounds on a Nikon to get the best results, so be it. But if there is another option, especially as I am really only after a video camera, I would really appreciate your ideas. It is the start of a series... but I really need help in finding a barcode from a source I can trust.

I have created a greeting card that I would like to start selling. Just privately for now but I am not sure if I want to sell it further, that is why I think buying a barcode would be a good idea. However I am seeing prices from 4 cent to 250 dollars. Can anyone advise? I would like to possibility of selling internationally, having a guaranteed unique barcode. Thank you for your help.
