Bus driver on 52 stage coach very nice today! I said I'll have Whatever has replaced the £10.50 optio whatnot ticket! I paid £11.50 for a ticket he said I could also use on stage coach (Which I did on the journey home) and in his words 'until the powers that be decide we have separate tickets'

Ok. So. Just to clarify. I only use the 52. So tomorrow I'll pay £12.00 and if I buy from First I only use on First?and if I buy from Stagecoach I only use on Stagecoach. ;-)

Greedy landlords. Blackwells last trading day was last Saturday And yes williamsons will be taking over their premises. Just heard About cream too . Soon Broomhill will just be coffee shops and Supermarkets. Shame

Shame for the Blackwell staff who will loose their jobs. No bookshop in Broomhill now just tons of supermarkets.

can anyone tell me if the late night 52 is still running and the times if poss.or was it just a christmas thing?think it was approx every half hour from about midnight, cheers

I've only had my own car about a year, before OH had priority and I used public transport all the time, but I must say this last 12 months have been bliss, no more waiting for buses for ages just for 3 to come together,buyin a pass for one (terrier) then only ever seein the back end of one and 5 First ones come! then biting fingers down worryin about gettin to school on time to pick kids up, the standin on packed buses (usually next to Mr Smelly Armpit ) etc,... I feel I've deserved this bit of luxury after 25 years bus hell HOWEVER I am in favour of some sort of compromise, ie, a day of the week when everyone uses buses, if the bus companies also comply for the extra folk that would be usin them!

going past asda today and round island I noticed a sign sayin access rd to parkway goin towards town is closed this sat an sun 6.00am - 6.00 pm, can anyone confirm? it was only a quick glance but will be goin round island again tomorra an will have another look
