With all these one/two bedroom apartments being built around S1, and the new university of Sheffield residence that will be completed in around 2009. Im thinking of moving to sheffield and have seen some large wonderful victorian stone properties. Victoria Road is where i want to live (off collegiate road, S10) looks like a lovely road with some nice large detached properities. Has anyone heard of this road? Is this a safe place or known anything about this road? Prices of such properties? Thanks

Im a teacher who is thinking of opening a shop that will sell educational material specially for both primary & secondary level. Also A tutorial centre focused on maths and english, 11+ etc, for both primary and secondary level, possibly in S11 or S10 region. Do you think sheffield has a demand for this?
