Wearing a tie proves nothing about whether you have the right attitude or professionalism. I dont wear a tie and always behave with the correct attitude- ie when my boss gives me work I go and do it because I have the ABILITY to do so. its just an old fashion thing which will eventually die out- Good times It whether you can do the task not how you dress.
