This could be a number of things. 1. Virus 2. Adware System restore can be dangerous. I would do this. 1. Disable System restore. 2. Check all microsoft updates are loaded. 3. Go here : http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ Follow the instructions. If this doesn't work you will need some adware removal programs and a another called hijack this. I would say adware is the probable cause of your problem TBH.
