My neighbour recently asked if i would be interested in buying a portion of his garden approx 50sq,mtr. I'm not sure where to go with this , do both parties need a solicitor or can one solicitor deal with the whole transaction also what sort of cost would be attached to it not including the purchase price of the land . Thanks in advance .
