Yes it does work, as I got a ticket. went through as it changed to amber (I know I shouldnt before anyone says) A student then ran across in front of me, I braked to let him go across, then stupidly carried on and got flashed by the camera. Lessons learnt...

its good to see a police presence, but as there were more than I usually see on my journey, one wonders if there was a particular reason why so many.

Hi Ozzie, my brother belongs to Hallmark of Harmony, and really enjoys it. All the men seem very nice and when my bro joined a couple of years ago, he had not done anything like it before. They have, I believe , a beginners class, South Sheffield somewhere. He is now doing national and international competition. Why not look on their facebook page, for what they call "afterglow" ie: they go to a local and have a couple of drinks after rehearsal or performance and usually burst into song. Everyone is welcome and you could probably find out a bit more from them?
