Hiya guys, I just came across this article which was dated back in January about a young girl being assaulted walking alone through Weston Park at night http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-south-yorkshire-38731622 . Makes me wonder how unsafe is it for us women to walk alone at night?

Broomhall to me is a good area I do have family/friends all over, I am seeing a couple of posts about Exeter Drive area and how people think it's unsafe I think its an alright area never felt unsafe at all. ---------- Post added 12-06-2017 at 01:45 ---------- Yes Broomhall does have a large Somali community

I understand how you feeel! I've experienced this before and I do suffer with anxiety/depression at the moment to the point I stay at home all the time! But yeah I love going to Crookes Valley Park, Ponderosa, Weston Park. I find them so peaceful. Also winter gardens in town. Maybe give the central library a visit? I always find a good book and a hot drink always help. ❤️ Best wishes

Ordered Harry's Pizza on Wostenholm Road in Sharrow for the first time today online. They have really nice fish and chips. Also Devonshire Chippy on Devonshire Green is my all time favourite. And I went to one on Chesterfield Road joining London Road their chips was amazing forgot the name though

Western Bank, Broomhill areas are nice and quiet areas.
