I'm a whizz on my little tootle two ... But its only 4 mph one with hard wheels. Sometimes the pavements where I live are too narrow, or cars are parked on the pavement and I can't get past so I have to venture onto the road. I make sure the road is well clear, but is this generally ok to do so?
