i collect retro consoles, and im going to be looking for a boxed MegaDrive 1 next week with at least 1 controller and a few games (boxed Games).

annoying thing is on ebay for a boxed one with boxed games, they seem to want stupid money for them.

i would also like to get the CD Ad-On aswel at some point.

anyone know of anywhere cheap ?

Best bet is to try the free-ads, or places like Cash converters etc...

Hmm. I don't know any off the top of my head but I'm sure there will be some collectors or even one for sale at the computer fair.

There'll probably be one this weekend at Don Valley Bowl, they're usually the first weekend of the month. Google Red Rat computer fairs for the dates.

you WILL pay stupid money for one boxed, they dont turn up that often fully boxed, i have a few megadrives, 1 and 2's all unboxed bar one tho ones boxed but its very tatty.

got mine from charity shops and friends tbh

most games can be found reasonably cheap boxed, just have to watch cos sometimes the manuals are missing.

You won't find one at don valley they don't sell stuff like that. One guy on here was selling off some reto consoles and I'm sure he had a boxed md I think it was puressence (spelling) but could be mistaken.

ended up buying a MegaDrive 2 off ebay fully boxed with 4 boxed games and one controller. won it for a total of £30.

i got mine for £19 from amazon games range from £1.50 bargain!!
