I want to get a copy of one of the songs she sang. I had never heard it before. Lyrics slow and deep, counter melody from orchestra very fast and loud. Does anyone have any ideas?

Was it by any chance 'Something', the George Harrison song that the Beatles originally recorded in 1969?

'Something in the way he moves, attracts me like no other lover', which, if you're musical moves from the major chord (C) through the major seventh, to the dominant seventh, then through a similar scale (though not quite) in the major fourth (F).

If it ain't this one, then which is it?!
