I use http://websitechat.net/en/ and know several corporate websites using it. Works pretty well and does everything I need it to.

There are several free versions of similar products but you need to be willing to compromise on some features.

The best live chat software I’ve used to date is called FocalScope. I use the free edition, which includes the live chat feature and it works perfectly well, it even has analytics to analyze my chat interactions. The site is www.focalscope.com

Check out ClickDesk - it's pretty cool. Sort of all-in-one with text and voice chat plus helpdesk.

Chat4Support.com is my favourite. I have been using it on my website for long time and I am very satisified with its powerful features. It is easy to use, free for trial and I can track my visitors. I really like this live chat tool.
