I have a unit that is too big for our company alone and i have full permission from my landlord to sub lease any part of the building i wish. Can anyone offer advice so that if i do decide to sub lease that we are legally covered in the event something goes wrong with the new tenant. Any advice is welcome.

Thanks.

Also it is best to get the permission from the landlord in writing, just so you have it in case any problems arise later down the line.

Good luck
