yeh thats a right laugh. broke the law, so goes to jail. he is lucky he wasnt in crown court
A 56 day (?) jail sentence though, at a time when jails are full, is a bit disproportionate though. A much shorter sentence, or even community service, would have been more than sufficient.
so what happened to freedom of speech? ! i dont agree with racism but people dont goto prison for robbery etc... they just get a suspended sentence !
