Nope- they are for my mum's voluntary help centre. They have a lunch club where some of the visitors play whist, crib or bridge and the cards wear out with monotonous regularity, so it's cheaper to buy decent quality cards in a bulk pack.

It's boring even though I thought it sounded like an interesting selection of things I bought today. My OH broke the flask at work a couple of weeks ago, the dog chewed through the lining of my handbag so I need the fabric and thimble to replace that, the cards are for my mum's voluntary help centre to use and I put my toe through my trainer socks so I need some new ones.
