Someone in the pub has their Bluetooth device set to "discoverable".

Solutions:
Turn off Bluetooth on your comp or find the guilty party and ask them to turn theirs off.

Turn it off in the Device Manager.
Start button > Right click Computer > Properties > Device Manager > Disable Bluetooth.
