Interesting outcome in view of recently announced allotment rent increases by Sheffield City Council.

I believe Sheffield Council is taking legal advice in light of this case, the results of which should be known this week

Another council (Halton) has already abandonned planned rent increases following the Eastleigh case (see http://www.runcornandwidnesworld.co...._is_withdrawn/).

Hopefully Sheffield City Council will follow suit.
