If you've ever considered transitioning to a plant based, animal-friendly diet, are already vegan and would like to learn more, or simply curious, come along to sample a variety of tasty, nutritious, cruelty-free and planet-friendly food.
There will also be informative talks, cooking demonstrations and showings of the Vegan Society film 'Making the Connection' throughout the day. Together with S.A.F stalls with info about veganism and animal rights, whcih will also be selling a range of cookbooks/theory books, zines and badges, and a stall detailing the work done by Doris Banham Dog Rescue and how you can help them (
www.dogsos.co.uk).
