Hi all,
I found you when I followed a link for fixing PS3's.
I live in the Teesside area and fix PS3's in my spare time.
I have just bought a Honton reflow station to make things easier for me.
I have just found an interest in electronics, pity it wasn't when I was at school. I try and repair all sorts - some clown ripped the connector from a ps3 mainboard- i managed to solder direct to the board - not ideal but it was a start - and got the fan working.

Hi
I think you will have to find a forum a bit closer to you if you are going to drum up some work for yourself.

To the OP, have a look in the computer and tech chat section on here, there's always people wanting their PS3s mended.

Perhaps you could get him to check the loopy key on your computer ….. it seems to be permanently on ……. I said Hi to the newbie, don’t you think that Teesside is a bit far to go for repairs ……… please tell me what I did that was loopy, if you cant tell me what’s loopy perhaps you could edit your post and remove it.

Lol, now now chaps.
All I did was introduce myself lol.
Anyway, yes Teesside is far, but it wouldn't be a problem for me to use the post (courier)
As I say I do this in my spare time which admittedly I don't have enough of, so at the min week ends are my limit.
I am going to go straight into reballing as this can be more of a permanent fix.
I realise people will think its a risk by post, but I could put it on eBay and PayPal for buyer protection.
