Hi, I have a bathroom sink with a silver plug that you push to close and then again to open. My sink is a bit blocked but I can't remove the plug! I don't want to yank it off and break it. Does anyone know how they come off?

Thanks.

I have this problem with my sink - cant get the plug off at all. My sink was a bit blocked the other day, and I bought some "Mr Muscle sink and plughole unblocker" - poured it in, and left it a couple of hours - worked a treat!
