i am looking into having my hair coloured and would like to know of the best places to go

i live near crystal peaks and the best salons in there are Regis and Loaf, so what are they like for blokes

also, in terms of colour, what are the most attractive styles that blokes go for nowadays

what style of colour should i use in the way the hair is coloured, highlights / bleach / dye or what ever other methods they use
