Just thought it may be useful to build up ties ... wonder what people on here did for a living etc...?

I work for a Packaging Company near Meadowhall - kinda interesting in a sad box-nerd kinda way, but I like it.

I was also at The Star for 8 years as a designer, so a big change for me.

Paul.

I would have a go if you like, I'm unemployed at the moment after being made redundant from a web design company, I did the back end stuff for http://arcos.kusala.com (I'm especially proud of the never even been used forum- look at "wishlist" topic to see it properly) and I integrated it with Worldpay servers. I was almost going to set up a web design company but after further reflection I decided to try and get a normal job instead. Anyway have a look at the mockup at http://www.zinkweb.co.uk/Example1.html where there is a an example page. It demonstrates some of my abilities, all graphics by me all words by me all html crafted by me.

I also did http://www.corraal.org/ although Im not happy with the front page it was produced in that manner under orders from the boss.

"Turn this poster into a web page and put it on the front page!"
"It looks awful!"
"Do it!"

So there you go.

The old women look half dead on that page.
Anyone who sticks corpses on their front page is asking for trouble.

Hi. I kind of like the Zink one. i would be looking at a home page with maybe six different photo style catagory pages if you see what i mean. I have it all doen on paper and all the pictures sorted out, only i've only got a small amount to spend on getting the site done. How much would you charge do you think, for something of this size containing maybe twenty photos.
