It was taken on a street near a bus stop. Am I right?

I've known some tough photo competitions but this one takes the biscuit! I mean, it could be absolutely anywhere and the clue about it being in Sheffield doesn't help much.
I don't know whether the picture has been cropped like this just to get the advertising poster in the bus shelter in - or whether it is that reason, plus, the fact that there is something to the right of the picture which would make it more instantly recognisable. It looks to me like it is a residential area but I may be wrong.
For sure though, it's a clever way of attracting attention to Clark & Partners. I now know that they do motability things - which I didn't before.

Notice that they have gone to the trouble of photoshopping out the ID Code on the shelter!

No, I think that is the correct location. There is a better view of the bus stop and embankment on the other side of the road in Google Street View. You'll see on the right hand edge of the photo a street lamp post with a small parking restrictions sign attached. This is visible in street view between the telegraph post and the ASDA turn off. What appears to be a building in the photograph isn't one. It's an optical illusion caused by tree branches and other stuff. Both the bin location and the bus shelter design match as does the black ring around the telegraph pole and the street lamp and the traffic lights. The traffic lights in the distance match with the ones at the ASDA junction turn off.
Who's claiming the £20?

Also, you can see the traffic light in the distance in the same place in both pictures.

That's what was getting me. As you say the stop/pole etc. are a perfect match.
Now I've tried a few different pairs of glasses, I can now see no building!
Thanks

If you click the pic to zoom in, then tilt your screen about, the 'building' disappears, and becomes trees above some tarmac with carpark lighting above
That's one heck of an optical illusion!
Now, do we report the driver of the car to the police?
