This FRIDAY 30th SEPT - 8PM @ SHAKESPEARE'S SHEFFIELD - £4/£3 NUS
BARAZITE /// DRIFTRUN /// PEACEKEEPERS
BARAZITE - We are a brand new yorkshire based indie band featuring former members of General Disarray, Raine and Trojan Whores. With songs featuring lots of catchy choruses, driven guitar and laid back basslines we hope to finish the night with everyone smiling, having a good time and hopefully singing along! This is our debut gig so we're hoping to make it a cracker!
DRIFTRUN - Undoubtedly one of the best unsigned live acts Sheffield has to offer. Winners of the Best Live Act 2011 @ The Sheffield Scenester Award, this group of guys bring their highly infectious drum and bass fuelled indie sound along with a whole heap of energy and a damn professional sound. A must see.
PEACEKEEPERS - A real hidden gem in Sheffield, Peacekeepers have been making their own original, jazz and soul influenced hiphop yet still somehow manage to remain relatively undiscovered. Peacekeepers consist of Wellaware and Chilenito, they make their own beats and bring a soulful and sincere kind of hiphop without any of the guns, gangsters or attitude! A fantastic way to start the night.
Its this FRIDAY 30TH SEPT at SHAKESPEARES SHEFFIELD on GIBRALTAR ST (West Bar) , it's £4 and £3 for students and it should be a cracking night!
The event is also on Facebook if you search for it!
Hope to see you all there
