Hi folks.

Having spent some time in the states I kinda got into Baseball and American football.
Does anyone know if there are teams for both sports in or around the sheffield area that welcomes newbies to go and train with them?

I'm interested in getting into both sports!
I'm not a student so I doubt uni teams would allow me to join.

I love American football, it's a very tactical game. I'm certain there will be somewhere in Sheffield to play it, Just don't know where.

I see many people walking around with the gear for american football, I think they have a training session at Woodbourn road stadium where the sheffield cyclones used to play, i'm not sure if they are still going.

you can play american football at don valley and woodburn road. Not sure of the days though
